2017 USHP Midyear Meeting

The 2017 USHP Midyear meeting to be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. Topics to include: New Hepatitis Drugs, Preceptor Development, Medication Access Program Development, and Suicide Screening.  Up to 4 hours of ACPE credit will be available. See the USHP 2017 Midyear CE Brochure for complete details.  Registration is now open.  Space is limited and pricing will go up after March 28th.

2017 Utah Legislature - Bills Impacting Pharmacy

The USHP Advocacy committee has worked hard to track bills in the 2017 session of the Utah Legislature that may impact pharmacy. See the attached USHP 2017 Bill Tracker (updated 3/10/17) for the summary of this year, which includes the official stance of the advocacy committee and USHP board.  If you would like to get involved, please email advocacy@ushp.org.

2017 Spring Resident CE Series   

The Spring resident series starts March 13th and runs trough March 23rd.  Up to 11 hours of ACPE for Pharmacists and Technicians can be obtained for one low price of $45 for pharmacists and $15 for technicians.  See 2017 Spring Resident CE Series for more details. Registration is now open, but closes on Friday, March 24th after the last program.  If you attended the series, please complete the attendance and evaluation survey by midnight on April 14th.
